There are three options available to you:
Option 1
Purchase of fire equipment.
Annual service: To service and refill where necessary and supply spare
parts where needed, these will be charged at our current list price.
Option 2
Purchase of fire equipment.
Annual service: To service and refill where necessary and supply spare
parts where needed. These are included in the unit price specified on
agreement, except when not used on a genuine fire incidents ie: misuse
of goods, where the current list price of spares and refills will be
activated.
Option 3
Rental of fire equipment.
The supply, service and refill of equipment are included in the unit
price specified on agreement, except when not used on a genuine fire
incidents ie: misuse of goods, where the current list price of spares
and refills will be activated.
The equipment remains the property of WJ Fire Protection Services for
the duration of the agreement.
Option 4
This is a test option

DOCUMENTATION

Fire Protection Services provide you with all necessary documentation
outlining and recording each stage of the servicing process, giving
you invaluable information to keep on file for future reference.
The certificate
of maintenance is a full service status report, listing each
item of fire safety equipment and highlighting any that may be in need
of replacement or updating.
The defect
sheet report separately lists items highlighted on the certificate
of maintenance together with the service engineers explanation
and recommendation.
To make sure that anyone who needs to access fire safety equipment information
can do so quickly and easily, we provide you with the invaluable
location sheet after each service. This convenient overview
records the make, type, size and most importantly the location of each
fire safety appliance on your premises, as well as the next test due
date for quick reference.
